Liu Yi Wen 劉依聞 (1919-2018)
出生於1919年,湖北漢陽人。歷任湖北藝術學院,湖北美術學院教授、碩士生導師及湖北美術院副院長。受教於中國第一代油畫家的歐洲寫實風格,以及前蘇聯民族現實主義油畫的影響,劉依聞在他的美術教育生涯中,一貫堅持現實主義的創作原則,要求學生注重紮實的基礎訓練,反對浮華矯飾和虛假拘泥。
其作品《老婦》、《畫家與其妻》入選全國美展。在法國,劉依聞見到了他40多年前國立藝專的老師呂霞光和同學趙無極、朱德羣,開始了為時半年的歐洲藝術之旅。《絲綢路上》、《藏族婦女》參加了巴黎藝術國際城主辦的美術聯展,隨後,在巴黎成功地舉辦了個人油畫展。同時還赴意大利、德國、比利時、瑞士、荷蘭等國進行了學者訪問和文化交流。於2018年逝世,享年99歲。
Born in 1919, Hanyang, Hubei. He has successively served as professor and master tutor of Hubei Academy of Arts, Hubei Academy of Fine Arts and vice president of Hubei Academy of Fine Arts. Influenced by the European realistic style of the first generation of Chinese oil painters and the influence of the national realist oil paintings of the former Soviet Union, Liu Yiwen has always adhered to the creative principles of realism in his art education career, requiring students to pay attention to solid basic training and object to Flashy pretentiousness and false rigidity.
His works "Old Woman" and "The Painter and His Wife" were selected for the National Art Exhibition. In France, Liu Yiwen met Lu Xiaguang, his teacher at the National Art School more than 40 years ago, and his classmates Zao Wou-Ki and Zhu Teh-Chun, and started a half-year European art tour. "Silk Road" and "Tibetan Women" participated in the joint art exhibition organized by Paris Art International City, and then successfully held a personal oil painting exhibition in Paris. At the same time, he also went to Italy, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands and other countries for scholar visits and cultural exchanges. Died in 2018 at the age of 99.
