王濛莎（b.1982）生於中國江蘇無錫著名書畫世家，她於2006年畢業於中國西安美術學院，主修動畫。之後，她進修於澳洲格里菲斯大學和英國南安普敦大學。王濛莎以鮮豔的色彩和書法般的線條著稱，將傳統繪畫中的閨閣美女和庭院景色巧妙結合。然而，身為女性藝術家，她運用女性視角重新詮釋過去並對未來做出展望，為歷史上和現代文化中的當代水墨藝術定義了新的範疇。王濛莎曾獲多項殊榮，包括2009年被北京《中國書畫》雜誌評為「中國當下最值得媒體關注的十位青年畫家」之一、2013年獲得北京《國家美術》雜誌的「金星獎最具價值獎」等，也展出於包括香港巴塞爾、上海ARTO21、巴黎亞洲藝術博覽會等，其作品甚至被英國「女性藝術收藏」董事會成員收藏，並借展於英國劍橋大學默里‧愛德華茲學院，並參與國際展覽如德國、日本、韓國等地的畫廊及美術館展覽。

WANG Meng Sha (b.1982) was born in Jiangsu, China. WANG graduated from Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts in 2006, majoring in Animation. Later, she studied at Griffith University and the University of Southampton. WANG is famous for various colors and calligraphic lines and skillfully combines the beauty of the boudoir and the view of the courtyard in traditional paintings. As a female artist, WANG also uses a female perspective to reinterpret painting, defining a new aesthetic image for contemporary ink art. She received many awards and a reputation as one of the most noteworthy young artists by media in Beijing, China. WANG’s works were exhibited at ART Basel HK, AsiaNOW Paris, ARTO21 Shanghai, Murray Edwards College, Cambridge, as well as galleries and museums worldwide.
